Users of Sony’s professional video and audio editing softwares, namely Vegas Movie Studio, Sound Forge and ACID Music Studio may be pleased to know that Sony Creative Software recently updated these titles to include fantastic upgrades and new features. There are also two ‘bundle’ packages added to the range in the form of the Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10 Production Suite (includes Vegas, DVD Architect Studio 5, Vocal Eraser, Sound Forge and a huge package of video and audio effects) and the Imagination Studio Suite (includes Vegas, Sound Forge, DVD Architect, ACID and Photo Go software).

Pricing for the updated softwares (in US $) are Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10 – $99.95,  ACID Music Studio 8 – $69.95,  Sound Forge Audio Studio 10 – $69.95,  Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10 Production Suite – $129.95 and Imagination Studio Suite 2 – $179.95.

Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10 Feature Highlights

Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10 is an easy-to-use, full-featured video editing application that provides the tools to create professional-looking high-definition projects, as well continued support for standard-definition media. • Image Stabilization: Users with “shaky” video footage, commonly shot from handheld, pocket and mobile phone cameras, now have the ability to quickly stabilize their files using several optimized presets. • GPU-accelerated AVC Rendering: Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum can now use the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) in equipped computers to improve AVC rendering performance and speed, which allows final projects to be published faster than ever before.
