The Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2011 was a great event where Sony had a chance to preview to the public its products for this year. One product that any blogger would surely like to have is the latest 3D Bloggie HD Camera MHS-FS3. This pocket size camcorder is considered as the world’s first HD 3D camera.

This small device was created to be carried around in your pocket and for easily uploading videos to the web. What makes it even more amazing is that it captures videos in HD 3D and you can even preview it in full 3D effect on its 2.4” screen without the need for special glasses. Taking into consideration that you will be uploading HD 3D content to the web, Sony has made the file size of your recordings to a minimum but still retaining its high quality. One of the latest 3D products from Sony to be introduced during the CES 2011 event is the HDR-TD10 Handycam camcorder. What makes this camcorder special is that it can capture 3D videos at 1920×1080 resolutions. Two full HD sensors placed side by side are used to make 3D recording possible. This device is also capable of recording regular 2D videos if you choose it. Once you finished recording, you can check your videos in full 3D or 2D on the unit’s 3.5” display without using any special glasses.

The HDR-TD10 may be a bit on the large side but considering that it shoots in 3D it more than makes up for its size. One convenient feature is that its 3D lens is built in which means you don’t have to calibrate anything if you like to shoot 3D content. With an easy menu system and its automatic configuration in 3D mode this unit can be easily used by beginners.

Sony introduced to us at the CES 2011 a lot of promising products that would be coming from them this year. One of this is the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX9.  This digital camera is capable of capturing images in 3D or 2D if you prefer. To view the 3D photos you have captured you would still have to output them to a compatible 3D display and use 3D glasses.
