Sony corp are to release a new laptop at the end of September. The Vaio AW series is a strong competitor against not only many other laptops but also many desktop PCs.
The Vaio AW will not only feature a massive 18.4 inch widescreen display with an impressive resolution of 1920×1080, but will also display it in full HD resolution making use of the 3 LED backlights in the display. Such technology is already found on high end Bravia LCD TVs.

The AW will come preinstalled with Adobe Photoship Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop Elements, making it a popular choice amoungst photographers and HD camcorder owners as well as illistrators, artists and other creative professionals. Software from Sony is also included, such as Image Data Converter, Picture Motion Browser and a plug-in for settings for Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, which means it’s able to provide users with some of the best photo editing software available.
