Vivaz Pro starts shipping

Sony has started to ship out the QWERTY version of the Vivaz to selected markets around the globe. The new device offers the perfect blend of style, reliability, and performance.
The Vivaz Pro features a full slide-out QWERTY keypad and has a 3.2-inch, 16:9 wide touchscreen. It runs on Symbian S60 5th edition. The Pro, which is marginally thicker than the Vivaz, has a 5 MP camera, while the Vivaz features an 8 MP camera.
The handset from Sony Ericsson is GPS and Wi-Fi enabled and allows users to stay in touch through email, Twitter, Facebook, blogging and chat. The phone also supports up to 32 GB microSD memory cards, making it perfect for media users.
There is no news on pricing yet. Sources predict a price tag of around $450, which may vary from region to region.
