For all panel creators, whether personal or developer, all panels created can now be certified using the Xperia Panel Certification Program. The program allows panel creators to see if their panel passes performance and quality tests. If the panel passes, then developers are able to use the “Certified for Xperia X1″ logo on any marketing. The certification is also now needed for any panels submitted via promotional activities for Sony Ericsson or any distribution through Sony Ericsson channels.
Over at Pocketables, Jenn recently visited Six Flags and grabbed some snaps with the X1.
Jenn describes the outdoor photos as unimpressive compared to shots from CES. It is however noted that the photos were taken in VGA resolution and then resized, so we’re not getting a look at the best camera capabilities from the Xperia X1.
Pocket Now have made a series of videos covering Sony Ericsson’s Xperia X1. The video series is made up of three parts, the first one looking over the hardware of the X1, while the other two are software related.
Michell from the Sony Ericsson Unofficial Blog has spent some time putting together a video comparing the Xperia X1 against other Sony Ericsson phones.
The video shows the X1 being displayed next to 5 other phones from Sony Ericsson. All the designs may have been very swelft at the time, but it’s clear which is the most modern phone from the video.
The phones included in the video next to the X1 are the Sony Ericsson P990, M600, W910, K850 and W960 respectively.
