Sony BRAVIA XBR6 and XBR8 HDTV Available to Pre-Order

Seven new Sony Bravia models will be shipping this autumn (fall) in America. Currently there are no plans for release of the TVs outside of America. So if you’re in the States and have $2,499.99 to $6,999.99 to spend, check these Sony Bravia models out.
The Bravia XBR models will be flat screen, LCD, and HD. There will also be a 70 inch Bravia TV along with models with Triluminos LED backlight. Both the 55 inch KDL-55XBR8 and 46 inch KDL-46XBR8 will include the Triluminios three-color LED backlight technology.
All models will feature the Bravia Engine 2 PRO, Digital Media Port compatibility, Motionflow 120HZ frame rate technology, Sony’s Digital Media Extender and x.v.Color compatibility.
The XBR models are classed as Sony’s premium line of TVs. The models in the XBR7 range that will be released include a 40 inch model, the KDL-40XBR7 and the KDL-70XBR7, which is the 70 inch model. The XBR6 models will come in 32″, 37″, 40″, 46″ and 52″ with the model numbers KDL-32XBR6, KDL-37XBR6, KDL-40XBR6, KDL-46XBR6 and KDL-52XBR6.
