   I never encountered this problem until i installed 3.10. I have only been able to sync once since the update.

   I have installed it and still have the error. Out of 5 friends I know locally who own PS3s, 3 are experiencing the error and we have all updated:(

   Well I don’t own a PS3 so I couldn’t tell you, but it looks like Sony has some splainin to do.

   Hi again!

   I read on some other forum the that you could sync by night when the traffic on the servers are low. Tried this morning 5 a clock local time and it worked the first time.

   Ok so I got it to work, you don’t have to wait days or anything like that, I must have tried to sync mine about 30 times! I finally got it to work by putting in all my games ( don’t have to do updates) and then tried syncing while still in the game.

   Start off with he games you played the longest time ago ( that’s if u haven’t sold them! Doesn’t matter if u have, but try and get the oldest)

   Hopefully if you had the same problem with your new slim like I have, this should help you out

I tried a little combonation of the two working suggestions on the first post, then added my own twist. I turned my game back on around 12am and with the game still on, I hit the PS button and checked my trophies and got the error again (I also got the error in game before I tried this). Then I scrolled over to my friends list and tried viewing my own username that way, and it synced just fine, adding all my newly accuired trophies.

   Don’t know if this helps, but I found it on a forum so I take no credit if it works or doesn’t
